Duties & Responsibilities
As Assistant City Manager, I also serve as the Finance Director. My primary responsibilities are as follows:
- Assist City Manager in operational functions of the City, act as City Manager in his absence
- Budget Development and Reconciliation
- Investment Management - Investment Policy Statement
- Management of Finance Division
- Labor Union Negotiations
- Insurance – Group Health, Worker Compensation and Liability
- Other Duties as Assigned
