We have worked hard to improve our capabilities with equipment and training. Some of the equipment in service includes:
Thermal Imaging Cameras - our department was the first in Brevard County to place thermal imaging cameras on all front line engines.
Wildland Fire Gear - one of the first to utilize wildland gear to replace the heavy structural gear for fighting fires in the woods. The department also allows the utilization of this gear on any event except interior structural firefighting.
