The Engineering and Inspection Division is responsible for plan review, approvals and inspection of both residential subdivisions and commercial sites. The technical reviews include stormwater treatment calculations, right of way permitting, and adherence to the most recent specifications pertaining to each project. Engineering issues, Soil and Sedimentation permits as well as Right of Way Excavation permits.
