The Stormwater Division as is a fee structured enterprise fund based on an Equivalent Rate Unit (ERU) of impervious area. One ERU is the fee for each developed residential location while developed commercial sites have a square footage ratio to the ERU applied. Other functions of the stormwater division include construction and maintenance of conveyance systems, adherence to soil and sedimentation standards, meeting National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) and future Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) permitting requirements.
