Annual Volunteer Awards
Volunteer of the Year
On Saturday, March 15, the Rockledge City Council hosted a breakfast at the Cocoa/Rockledge Garden Club to honor the many volunteers who work tirelessly behind the scenes to provide assistance on the City’s boards and committees.

The Volunteer of the Year award was presented to Orville Susong for outstanding volunteer service to the citizens of Rockledge and dedication that he has exhibited for more than five years as a member of the Citizens Advisory Committee to the Community Redevelopment Agency and two years on the Citizens Recreation Advisory Board, as well as his long-term dedication to the young people of our community. Congratulations, Orville, and thank you for your selfless commitment.
