NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS AND OWNER BUILDERS:
Revised Plan Submittal Policy, Effective March 2, 2020
Effective 3/2/2020, all permits issued with oversized plans (plans larger than 11" x 17") will require a copy of the approved plans to be submitted in PDF format or uploaded onto a CD and submitted prior to final inspection. The final inspection will be placed on HOLD pending submission, receipt and approval of oversized plans. PDFs may be sent by email to your Plans Examiner or to the Building Department via email. Please submit PDF or CD of approved plans 48 hours prior to scheduling your final inspection for review and processing.
