Meet the New Dispatchers

The Rockledge Police Department would like to welcome Public Safety Telecommunicator Diana Mahaffey. Mahaffey began her employment with the Rockledge Police Department on September 15, 2023. She was born and raised in Long Island, New York and graduated from Lake George High School in 1986. Following high school, she graduated from Southern Adirondack Education Center with a Medical Terminology Certification. She is coming to us after being self-employed for 24 years. She is looking forward to “a sense of community you don’t get when you’re self-employed.” Mahaffey will be a wonderful asset to our Department, and we are very proud to have her as a member of the Rockledge Police Department family!
