Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 163.380, Florida Statutes, that the City of Rockledge, owner of one (1) parcel of real property located at:
1152 Luther Drive (Parcel ID 25-36-09-02-2-20)
in the city of Rockledge, intends to dispose of its interest in approximately 0.18+/- acres of real property located on Luther Drive.
The City of Rockledge is inviting proposals from private redevelopers or any persons interested in undertaking to redevelop or rehabilitate the property in accordance with the Rockledge Community Redevelopment Plan. The property is currently zoned MH – Mobile Home District.
Any party interested in purchasing the Property for the purposes of redevelopment or rehabilitation is hereby notified that sealed proposals to acquire the Property must be received on or before Friday, February 14, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. by the City of Rockledge City Clerk, 1600 Huntington Lane, Rockledge, Florida, 32955. Electronic proposals will not be accepted. Proposals must include the proposed purchase price being offered.
Proposals shall be clearly marked:

Proposals received after the specified time and date for any reason will NOT be considered and will be returned to the proposer.
The City of Rockledge shall consider all qualified proposals and may accept such proposal as it deems to be in the public interest and in furtherance of the purposes of the Rockledge Community Redevelopment Plan.
