Orlando Health has notified the City of Rockledge that the second phase of demolition of the Orlando Health Rockledge Hospital property is scheduled to begin on December 1, 2025 and is expected to last around 5 months.
A notification will be sent out to surrounding properties prior to the commencement of the second demolition phase.
Orlando Health has confirmed that construction will comply with the City’s regulating Ordinances concerning hours and days of the week. There are no planned road closures at this time.
